Artist Statement
Art is the human species’ most incredible form in the expression of life by far. Nothing else that is human-made can match the power of art. It moves us, motivates us, frightens us, and it can make us fall in love. I make the art on my Android that captures everything from horror, romance, history, surrealism, abstract, modern, and more. My mentality is that there’s nothing I can’t create. Please, join me in the little art world I’ve designed that is Elysium.
Evan Linthicum, aka Elysium, is from Maryland. He started making artwork on his phone due to stress. He had no intention of sharing his art until his friend, Yves, encouraged him to create an Instagram account. Elysium is still making art on his Android.
